Todd Partridge - CCS General Manager

Todd supervises the overall operations of Cowlitz Clean Sweep. He coordinates all facets of the business, including industrial cleaning, emergency response, sweeping, and disposal. In addition to his other duties, Todd is also a member of the Incident Command System, which helps customers along the Columbia River with the training and planning they need for oil and chemical spill responses.
Todd joined PNE Corp. in 1996 as a construction foreman. He gained experience in commercial construction by supervising a wide range of fueling-site projects in Washington and Oregon. When Todd took on the duties of dispatcher for CCS in 1999, he became responsible for the scheduling of 80 pieces of equipment and more than 40 employees. He was promoted to Emergency Response Manager in 2001 and then to General Manager in 2002. Todd is a member of the Corporate Executive Committee.
